Absolutely the best experience with Liz the owner while purchasing a new mattress. She was very thorough with describing the mattresses and gave me plenty of leisure time trying them out. I went with the Cloud 9 for it was flippable,and was so comfortable ! I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a New Mattress to check out Charleston Mattress!

We have ordered a few mattresses over the years from very basic guest bed type to most recently a custom size antique queen for our own bed. Charleston Mattress builds an excellent mattress for a range of needs. I was pleasantly surprised to see better than expected quality in the newest delivery. Let me also add, this locally owned business catered to my request to return my mattress for a larger size, no questions asked. We just paid the difference, they picked up the smaller one and replaced it within the week! Truly impressive. I appreciate the owners going out of their way to make us happy. I looked and looked and looked for a mattress in my budget but of really nice quality that I could get quickly. I found it here. It was the easiest decision I ever made. At the moment her name escapes me but you called me because I selected a Sunday for my delivery but they don’t do deliveries on Sundays. She was the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with she helped me set up a better date for my delivery and it was delivered in the window as promised. Now the delivery two men one carried the mattress the other the box bring it literally took 5 mins and the so nice professional and oddly helpful. I just moved to Charleston and the gentleman driving the truck gave me some really good suggestions for my area. So happy. I’ll most definitely shop here again

Bought a new box spring & mattress from somewhere else when we moved from PA. Had it returned less than 6 months later -pure junk! Bought a superfirm mattress & box spring from Charleston Mattress -WE LOVE IT! After going to hotels when traveling & staying with family, the best part of coming home is our bed! Can't say enough good about it! I wish Charleston Mattresses were carried by other stores so I could replace our family's guestbeds!

Received my 4" mattress platform yesterday and love it! I replaced a huge , 9" box spring from one of the big-box retailers. The 4" mattress platform provides plenty of support and it looks great. I like the low profile and it's built to last. I would definitely shop at Charleston Mattress again.

We now have a King latex mattress and a queen sized memory foam over coil construction from Charleston Mattress Company and they are well-made, super comfortable. The showroom in Park Circle has all the models on the floor and is staffed by Liz (the owner) who is warm, kind and ready to help you find the right fit for your home...... anything from bargain basement to fancier models. Their prices are competitive with the big box stores with better service; they stand behind their products with generous warrantees. There is literally no drawback.

I have purchased five mattresses for five different bedrooms from this fine company. Please consider them when purchasing a mattress. Having recently reached middle-age, our backs were giving us fits in the morning. No more! We just purchased a Chaz mattress. Liz says it is the ‘’Ocean 10.’’ It is incredible; as good as a ‘’name brand’’ memory foam mattress but without the outrageous price tag. Excellent service and timely delivery. Yup YUP!
